Summer Service Change In-Depth Analysis

LocalLink Version

For the Summer Service Change, all 44 LocalLink routes will receive a new schedule. The majority of these routes received received additional running time, while others received re-calibrations. Below will focus on modified or added trips for LocalLink routes during Weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

LocalLink 31: Sinai Hospital to Security Square Mall/Social Security
Trips to/from Social Security have changed, particularly on the weekends. For weekday service, PM trips depart 3 minutes later at :13 and :43 after between 3:13pm and 6:43pm.

On Sundays, the previous 4:42pm trip from Social Security, was modified to leave at 2:40pm instead, to better match shift times

LocalLink 53: State Center to Cromwell Bridge P&R/Sheppard Pratt

Weekend service on the LL53 has changed to better accommodate operators and passengers. While the departure times from State Center have remained the same, trip departure times from Sheppard Pratt and Cromwell Bridge P&R have changed. After 10:47am, trips departing Cromwell Bridge will operate every hour and trips after 11:00am departing Sheppard Pratt will operate every hour, making it every 30 minutes from Loch Raven & Northern Parkway to State Center. 

Departure times on Saturdays have changed by 21 minutes than the current schedule from Sheppard Pratt and 16 minutes from Cromwell Bridge P&R.

Departure times on Sundays have changed by 15 minutes than the current schedule from Sheppard Pratt and 14 minutes from Cromwell Bridge P&R.

LocalLink 65: Downtown to CCBC Dundalk

On weekdays, the current 4:29pm trip from Downtown Baltimore, will now depart at 4:20pm to offer Amazon workers an earlier arrival to work. 
LocalLink 67: Downtown to Marley Neck
The LL67 will have trip changes on Weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays in both directions. Many of them are 1-3 minutes difference. Below are the ones with significant trip changes

    • Southbound from Downtown
      • 6:40 AM trip will now depart at 6:48 AM.
      • 7:22 PM trip will now depart at 7:26 PM
      • 8:41 PM trip will now depart at 8:55 PM.
    • Northbound from Marley Neck
      • 7:08 AM will now depart at 7:11 AM.
      • 9:36 PM will now depart at 9:48 PM.
      • 11:00 PM will now depart at 11:07 PM.
  • Saturday schedule adjustments
    • Southbound from Downtown
      • 3:28 PM will now depart at 3:44 PM.
      • 3:58 PM will now depart at 4:15 PM.
      • 5:07 PM will now depart at 5:17 PM.
      • 6:29 PM will now depart at 6:25 PM.
      • 6:54 PM will now depart at 6:50 PM.
      • 8:31 PM will now depart at 8:29 PM.
    • Northbound from Marley Neck
      • 6:05 AM will now depart at 6:08 AM.
      • 9:17 PM will now depart at 9:19 PM.
  • Sunday schedule adjustments
    • Southbound from Downtown
      • 5:17 AM will now depart at 5:20 AM.
      • 2:04 PM will now depart at 2:07 PM.
    • Northbound from Marley Neck
      • 9:07 PM will now depart at 9:09 PM.
 LocalLink 80: Rogers Station to City Hall
To reduce bunching in the early morning, the current 4:15am departure from Rogers Station, will now depart at 4:25pm. 

LocalLink 85: Penn-North to Milford Mill Station
To further improve on reliability, the LL85 will have trip departures from Penn-North will be shifted 3 minutes later during the week between 6:05am and 6:35pm and shifted 4 minutes later on Saturdays between 10:10am and 6:55pm. Sunday service will have trips shifted 3 minutes later between 4:45am and 9:25am. Southbound service from Milford Mill Station will not change.
