Best of Metro Transit Archives (2016 Edition)

Hello everyone: It's time again to welcome a new year and look back on the previous one. For Metro Transit Archives, 2016 was a slow year, travel wise, something that will be rectified in 2017. During the year,  improvements on camera equipment and an improved, patient and planning eye, captured some great images of transportation in all four seasons. Below are what is considered the top twenty photos taken in 2016. Tripper Tuesday: Philadelphia (Part I)

Good day to everyone and welcome to Tripper Tuesday at Metro Transit Archives. Today, we will visit the city of Brotherly Love AKA Philadelphia, where I spent the last weekend of 2014 fanning and having fun. Posted below are 25 photos from Center City to West Philadelphia with stops in North Philadelphia and the Wissahickon area. So as usual, sit back and enjoy. We start with one of the new kids on the block...7383, a 2014 Novabus LFSA Hybrid in Center City, passing the Greyhound terminal with its big cousin, a Prevost X3-45 close behind. Part of the old guard, Neoplan artic #7143 operates on an early morning assignment on the 33. It will soon be replaced by more Novas.
